Shipping & Delivery
Depending on how busy we are with orders, we cannot always guarantee next day delivery so please order well in advance of the date you absolutely need the order. We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible. For stock items this will normally be the day we receive your order. If an item is out of stock, we will email you and tell you when we expect to ship your order to you. During busy periods, orders can take two to three days to be dispatched from our warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the legality of importation into their own country. Haotaiji.com will not accept any responsibility whatsoever if the goods ordered are seized by Customs officials or airport authorities in ours or any other country. If goods are seized, destroyed, damaged through inspection or confiscated in any instance, we accept no responsibility and will offer no form of refund or credit. If the goods are returned to us by the seizing authority, we will refund your payment for the goods (not the shipping cost) less any fines or charges imposed by that authority for the handling and return of said goods. We will issue the refund only WHEN the goods are received and checked by ourselves.
Privacy & Security
In signing up for an account at Haotaiji Store, we ask you for certain details. These details are encrypted and stored remotely. We may, from time to time, send emails to our newsletter subscription list. Membership of this list is voluntary and you may unsubscribe from it at any time either by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the mail, or by logging in to your "My Account" section and amending your preferences on the "Newsletter Subscriptions" tab.
All of the payments made at Haotaiji store are handled by a secure third-party payment provider. We do not have access to your credit-card information.
We hate spam and promise not to overload your inbox with irrelevant information. We will never sell your information to third parties. We appreciate that you have a choice when shopping online, and thank you for choosing Haotaiji store.
Returns & Replacements
We are unable to accept the following as returns:
# Any opened products, unless they are faulty. Please indicate clearly why you think the item is faulty. The decision of our returns team will be final in this matter.
# Any products without their original packaging
# Any products purchased more than 30 days before return.

In light of the high value of the items we sell, we strongly suggest you use recorded delivery to return products to us.

If for any reason you have to return any products to us, please contact us for authorisation before you do so. This helps us track the transaction and improve our service. We will only offer a refund on goods that are returned to us in the same condition within 30 days of purchase (unless faulty) this includes the display packaging that the goods are sold in. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty. In the event of goods being returned as faulty which are subsequently found to be working properly, we will not refund shipping costs.

WE WILL NOT COVER SHIPPING COSTS FOR OVERSEAS (NON-UK and NON-UK MAINLAND) ORDERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM US.
Ordering
You may order online any time of day or night. All of our payments are handled by a reputable third-party payments handler, and we do not get to see your credit card information. We aim to ship all products on the next business day - orders placed early in the morning may be shipped that day if possible.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click (Add to Cart) on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Proceed to Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you choose to create a customer account with us, your details will be saved and you will never need to fill in the 'details' form again.
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else in the world, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron, Amex and others.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are quoted in British Pounds. Any discount coupons, codes or promotions will be applied to the base price of an item.

We also accept the following methods of payment: Cash in £GBP, $USD and Euros, sent by recorded 'signed for' delivery

Viewing Orders
We will send you regular updates via email as we process your orders. You may also track the progress of your order by logging in to your "My Account" section and clicking on "My Orders".
Updating Account Information
Simple!. Just login to your account and use the edit function to update your account details or add another seperate delivery address. Help us deliver the premium service you deserve, please ensure that your contact and other details in your "My Account" section are correct and complete.
